Impact for all industries

We’re committed to crafting bespoke solutions and capabilities for business success, no matter the industry.

Bidding standards

BSI PAS 360

PAS 360 offers a range of benefits to organisations including new and scaling companies, mergers and acquisitions looking to standardise processes, or established companies seeking assurance.

Increased win rate

With PAS 360, you’ll have a structured and repeatable process for creating bids and proposals that embeds excellence, ensuring that every submission is of high quality and has a greater chance of winning.

Time and resource savings

By streamlining your bidding process with PAS 360, you’ll save valuable time and resources that can be directed towards other business operations.

Improved efficiency

PAS 360 allows you to optimise your bid creation process by leveraging best practices, templates, and automation, resulting in faster turnaround times.

Competitive edge

By consistently delivering high-quality bids, you’ll stand out from your competitors and position your business as an industry leader.

Better collaboration

PAS 360 provides a platform for team members to collaborate and contribute to the proposal creation process, resulting in stronger proposals that reflect the collective expertise of your organisation.

Future-proofing

As the business landscape evolves and becomes increasingly competitive, adopting PAS 360 positions your business to stay ahead of the curve and respond to accelerating changes in the market.

BidCraft is collaborating with the British Standards Institution (BSI) and the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) to develop the world’s only standard for bidding, called PAS 360:2023.

PAS 360 is a consensus-based standard that provides a standardised framework at the organisational level, with a focus on enhancing bidding capabilities and supporting sustainable growth.

The standard will benefit any and every stakeholder responsible for business acquisition, including the C-suite seeking a better return from its bidding investment, heads of bidding functions who want to implement best practices, and bidding professionals who want a more effective and efficient bidding process.

Led by BSI, sponsored by APMP and authored by BidCraft, PAS 360 will be shaped by a diverse group of stakeholders, making it representative, inclusive, and freely accessible to everyone globally.

We may be small,
but our impact isn’t

We’re a progressive consulting business that’s able to scale when needed. We do this by working with people and companies who take pride in their craft. Our reputation and your business are too important to take a chance on working with people we don’t know.

We’re also proud of the fact that we’re not beholden to anyone. No investors, NEDs — only ourselves. This means when something awesome comes along that needs a different approach we can take it on. And if something doesn’t feel right for us, we can just say, “no”. This lets us focus on enjoying our craft and delivering great service.

What industries do you work with? expand

We specialise in helping companies from many different sectors secure public sector and defence contracts regardless of their industry or size.

We’ve helped companies in:

  • Aerospace defence and security
  • Engineering and technology consulting
  • Facilities and estate management
  • Healthcare and life sciences
  • IT services
  • Professional services and management consulting
  • Social research.

And we even have a lovely pair of ombudsmen.

Whoever you are or whatever your situation, if you’re bidding to the government, we can help you.

Do you work on an incentivised basis? expand

We can, but we prefer not to. We always go all-in, so we don’t need an extra ‘incentive’. All we need is a thank-you — and a glowing testimonial is always appreciated.

However, if that’s how you prefer to roll, then we’ll always make sure our people delivering the work get a share of the reward.

What’s it like working with BidCraft? expand

Someone once called us ‘quirky’! We loved that because we think we’re different to everyone else, too. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, but we’re competitive as hell, which makes for an interesting dynamic.

We’re comfortable talking to anyone no matter what their role or seniority. We also have a talent for simplifying the complex to make things logical and accessible.

Ultimately, we never take anything for granted and approach every engagement as though your future depends on it.

So, what’s it like working with us? There’s only one way to find out…

Are you ready to make a change?

We are. Are you?
